Refund and Return Policy

1. All Sales Final
All sales of original artworks are final.
Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind items and therefore excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the case of damage during shipment.

2. Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days of delivery at groundedcreatress@gmail.com and include photos of the damage.
I will assess your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

In damaged item event, if a return is exceptionally accepted, you will be provided with the business return address via email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
Trackable shipping service is recommended, as I cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

3. Quality Assurance
Each artwork is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.
I strive to accurately represent each piece through detailed descriptions and high-resolution images.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery time
Artwork is packaged and shipped after the payment is completed.

Delivery time can range from 6 to 13 business days depending on the destination:
Europe: 6-10 business days.
Rest of the world: 7-13 business days.

2. Shipping prices and International taxes 
All orders are shipped for free.
Customers outside EU are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes that may be incurred during international shipping.

3. Track your order
All orders are securely packaged and sent via registered shipping option.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
